LET SITE DATA INFORM YOUR PROCESS

Industrial Automation

We consider machine and production line control, operator screens and site data together. PLC, SCADA and RFID applications are combined around the needs of your process, with equipment sequences and data exchange planned as one system. We can develop a new automation project or improve an existing line through the same engineering approach.

Industrial Automation

A scope shaped around your needs

We start by defining how the process should operate. Control software, operator interaction and data exchange are developed around this shared operating scenario.

PLC and operator interfaces

Machine sequences, operator commands and status notifications are designed together. Control software and screens are developed around operating scenarios and the requirements of the connected equipment.

SCADA and site data

We consider equipment states, production information and alarms within a traceable structure. The project defines what information should be recorded, who should see it and how it will be reviewed.

RFID and system integration

We evaluate RFID and site components for tracking products, inventory or assets. Data exchange between software and the physical process is planned around the available interfaces of existing systems.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE LAYER

From data to a traceable recommendation.

Automation data can support anomaly assessment, predictive maintenance and digital twin work. We begin with data sources and quality, then define the problem to address, who will review recommendations and how their relevance will be evaluated on site.

From the first conversation to commissioning

We define the scope, implementation steps and acceptance criteria together, creating a traceable process between design and operation on site.

  1. Map the process

We review machine sequences, operator requirements and existing connections, defining the control and data scope together.

  2. Design the controls

We design the PLC, screen and data structure around the shared scenario, defining equipment interfaces and trial conditions.

  3. Connect software and site

We develop control software and screens, evaluating site signals and data exchange between systems as parts of the same process.

  4. Validate the operation

We test the agreed operating and alarm scenarios, completing commissioning, backups and the operator handover according to scope.

What we will define together

  • Operating scenarios and operator interface scope
  • Data points, recording and system connections
  • Trial scenarios, backups and the operating handover

Automation support for machine builders

If your own team handles mechanical manufacturing, we can assess PLC/HMI software, panels and field integration as a defined work package. At the start of the project, we agree responsibilities, interfaces, test scenarios and handover documents together.

  • Describe the task performed by the machine or station and its existing control platform.
  • Specify the panel, PLC/HMI software, field connection or commissioning support you need.
  • Share the project location, available documentation and target schedule.
